How it works

1. Zillion Strings app is owned and operated by Zillion Possibilities Pvt. Ltd.

2. Information required from broker while registering his account – through Zillion Strings app (Name, Mobile No, and Email ID); through Zillion Strings admin panel (State, City, Locality and Billing Address).

3. Zillion Strings admin created a unique identifier (API Key) for each broker, and shares with the broker. This is required by third party realty portals (Magicbricks &/or 99acres) to uniquely identify a broker in Zillion Strings system.

4. Broker sends an email to third party realty portals (Magicbricks &/or 99acres) from his email ID registered on these realty portals, requesting them to setup a Push Interface between the broker’s account on these realty portals and Zillion Strings system, on the basis of the unique API Key provided by Zillion Strings admin. This Push Interface is a one-time setup, required to aggregate all leads of a broker in his Zillion Strings account.

5. Once third party realty portals (Magicbricks &/or 99acres) complete setting up the Push Interface for a broker, then going forward all leads generated in that broker’s account on these realty portals will automatically get pushed (sent) to his Zillion Strings account.

6. In addition to leads pushed from realty portals (Magicbricks &/or 99acres), a broker can add leads manually also in his Zillion Strings account. These are called Direct leads.

7. All leads in a broker’s Zillion Strings account will have an associated Name, Phone No. and Email ID stored in the system, in addition to the information related to his real estate requirement.

8. All leads in a broker’s Zillion Strings account will be sent automated marketing/promotional SMSes and Emails, at a predefined schedule. 9. Automated marketing/promotional SMSes will be sent through third party platform Textlocal.

9. Automated marketing/promotional SMSes will be sent through third party platform Textlocal.

10. Automated marketing/promotional Emails will be sent through third party platform Email Octopus.

11. The content and schedule of all marketing/promotional SMSes and Emails must be verified by the broker.

12. Number of marketing/promotional SMSes sent to each lead will be decided offline between the broker and Zillion Strings admin (limited to maximum 3 SMSes per lead).

13. Number of marketing/promotional Emails sent to each lead will be decided offline between the broker and Zillion Strings admin.

14. All marketing/promotional SMSes and Emails will be sent in adherence to the existing rules and regulations as prescribed by the Government of India.

15. Zillion Strings is an Android app that offers Leads Capture, Aggregation and Digital Marketing services on a subscription basis.

16. After each broker registers on Zillion Strings, he/she will be offered first month of service as a Free Trial. For each subsequent month, broker must pay for using the service.

17. To continue subscription, broker has the option to either pay online through the app, or contact Zillion String admin to pay offline.

18. Online payment will be routed through Razorpay Payment Gateway.

What kind of information is expected to be received by ZPPL like personal and sensitive information?

Users (Brokers) – Information required from broker while registering his account – through Zillion Strings app (Name, Mobile No, and Email ID); through Zillion Strings admin panel (State, City, Locality and Billing Address).

Zillion Strings app also obtains permission from the user (broker) to – 1. Access Contacts 2. Make & Manage Phone Calls 3. Access Phone Call Logs 4. Access Media (images/audios/videos) 5. Access Phone Location 6. Disable Battery Optimization 7. Allow app to always run in the background

User’s Data (Leads of Brokers) –

Name, Mobile No, Email ID, info related to real estate requirement.

Purpose of collection and usage of such information?

Users (Brokers) –

1. Name – This is required for registering broker’s account. We will address the broker with this name only in all our correspondence with him.

2. Mobile No – It will be a unique identifier for the broker, and required for registering broker’s account. He will login to the app by entering his registered Mobile No and verifying it through OTP verification process.

3. Email ID – It will be a unique identifier for the broker, and required for registering broker’s account. To activate his registered Email ID, broker will be required to click on the verification link sent on the Email ID provided by him during registration. After verification, broker will start receiving leads related data on his email.

4. State, City, Locality – This information will be obtained offline from the broker, after he registers his account on the app. It is required for us to be able to maintain a user profile.

5. Billing Address – This information will be obtained offline from the broker, after he registers his account on the app. It is required to populate on the payment invoice or payment receipt that will be sent to the broker, when a payment is required/obtained from him for subscription to the app.

Zillion Strings app also accesses following information stored on user’s phone –

1. Contacts and Phone Calls access is required for the app’s Phonebook functionality to work properly.

2. Phone Call Logs access is required for the app’s Popup Alerts functionality to work properly.

3. Media (images/audios/videos) access is required for the app’s Reminder, Notifications and User Profile functionalities to work properly.

4. Phone Location access is required for the app’s Add Lead functionality to work properly.

5. Disable Battery Optimization is required for the app’s Popup Alerts and Reminder functionalities to work properly.

6. Allow app to always run in the background is required to keep the app data updated & refreshed at all times

User’s Data (Leads of Brokers) –

1. Name – Leads will be greeted with their name in all automated marketing/promotional SMSes and Emails sent through third party platforms.

2. Mobile No – Automated marketing/promotional SMSes will be sent on lead’s mobile no. only, through third party platform Textlocal.

3. Email ID – Automated marketing/promotional Emails will be sent on lead’s Email ID only, through third party platform Email Octopus.

Whether the Option will be provided to the users to review the information and updation of information as and when required?

Users (Brokers) –

Yes, users (brokers) can update their Name, Mobile No, and Email ID through the app itself, when required. Also they can get in touch with us to get the information updated from backend.

User’s Data (Leads of Brokers) –

For Leads received from Magicbricks and 99acres, users (brokers) can update Lead’s Name only. Lead’s Mobile No and Email ID cannot be updated. For Direct leads (manually created by the broker), users (brokers) can update lead’s Name, Mobile No and Email ID.

Reasonable security practices and procedures to be adopted?

App – A user (broker) can login to the app through OTP verification on the registered Mobile No only. There is no other way to login. Admin Panel – Administrator and sub-administrators can login to the admin panel only through registered username and password. There is no other way to login. Please note that users (brokers) cannot login to their account on admin panel or website.

Whether the data will be easily accessible on the platform - Website or App?

Users (brokers) can access their personal information (Name, Mobile No and Email ID) on the app. There is no way for user to login on the website.

Whether the option will be provided to the users to the information for other demarcated purposes and disclosure to third party?

Users (Brokers) –

User’s personal information (Name, Mobile No and Email ID) will not be shared with any third party, and will not be used for any other purpose.

User’s Data (Leads of Brokers) –

1. Name – Leads will be greeted with their name in all automated marketing/promotional SMSes and Emails sent through third party platforms.

2. Mobile No – Automated marketing/promotional SMSes will be sent on lead’s mobile no. only, through third party platform Textlocal.

3. Email ID – Automated marketing/promotional Emails will be sent on lead’s Email ID only, through third party platform Email Octopus.
